Only land based systems are operated by the RVSN.
Current structure has 2 armies, the 27th( HQ Vladimir) and the 31st missile army (HQ Orenburg) they field 10 divisions.
These divisions have 13 SSBN's with a total of 208 SLBM's and 75 strategic bombers.
Note, START I and II are now longer relevant. However transparancy procedures established under START I will be maintained.

Total inventory: 4,279 warheads, these numbers should decline to 2200 by december 2012.

The A1 Galosh ABM network around Moscow has been extensively modified.( 36GORGON and 64 GAZELLE missiles)
The missiles nuclear warheads have been withdrawn and the network itself was reinforced with the new S-300 PMU and Antey-2500 (improved S-300V).
A new version the S-400 is being introduced into service.
