Joint German-French brigade:
1st armored division
9th armored brigade (Munster)

21st armored brigade (based in Augustdorf)
10th armored division( based at Sigmarinen)
12th armored brigade (based at Amberg)
23rd mountaininf Brigade (based at Bad Reichenhal)
13th mechanized infantry division ( based at Leipzig)
37th mechanized infantry brigade (based at Frankenberg)
41st mechanized infantry brigade( based at Torgelow)

Special ops division HQ Stadtallendorf
26th airborne brigade (based at Saarlouis)
31st airborne brigade (based at Oldenburg)

Special ops forces command (Calw)
Airmobile division (based at Veitshochheimn)
1st airmanouvre brigade (based at Fritzlar)
Army support forces command HQ based at Bruchsal.

Joint German-Netherlands 1st NL/GE corps,

The corps has a commander rotating either Dutch or German.
The HQ is bi-national and is located in Munster( Germany) its supporting CIS battalion is stationed in the Netherlands.
Its earmarked for NATO Rapid Reaction Forces.
Its able to conduct operations anywhere in the world on short notice.
Germany also delivers troops( 1000) to the European Eurocorps.

Total numbers of vehicle and equipment:

MBT: 350 x Leopard IIA5 and A6
Armored recon: 178 FENNEK recon/ 102 FUCHS(NBC)/ Wiesel 1 (recon)
AIFV and APC: 431 Marders( all versions)/ 594 M113/ 898 FUCHS/ 395 DINGO II/ 374 MUNGO/ 183 BV-206/ 24 FENNEK (engineer) 108 WIESEL I and 143 WIESEL II
Tank destroyers: WIESEL I 128 with TOW
Artillery: 145 Panzerhaubitze 2000 (155mm SP)
Mortars: 87 x 120mm Towed
MLRS: 55 MLRS 227mm systems.
ATGW: 1500 MILAN ( some attached to infantrycommander Marders)
AAA: 85 GEPARD 35 mm SPAAG( based on Leopard chassis)
UAV: 5 x KZO + 7 x LUNA systems
Army aviation: 65 x UH1D/ 82x ch53 / 142 BO105/ 12 x NH90/ 5 x UH TIGER ( 80 more Tigers, 80 x CH53 and 80 NH 90 are being delivered coming years)

Future deliveries/options:
405 PUMA are on order to replace Marders.
272 Boxers  for APC/command/ambulance, first 36 delivered end of 2010.
New Soldier modernisation programm is destined to start in 2011, priority will be given to the troops in Afghanistan.
