Japanese writing was found on North Korean torpedo.
South Korean investigators believe that North Korea stamped Japanese onto the torpedo to boost its value when exporting abroad. The writing itself is not typical of Japanese made hardware as it is written in Katakana and not Kanji (with possibly some Hiragana mixed in).
