Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: Tanker on 4 August 2010, 18:11:49 Is it intended that each player take the same side, Allied or Axis, in both scenarios? I ask because I don't remember from the previous rounds.
Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: stoffel on 4 August 2010, 20:26:52 Yes, for both battles you play the same side (easier for me with passwords.)
Henk Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: Bert Blitzkrieg on 9 August 2010, 12:45:56 Games with Marshall well under way. Made a mess already in the CMBB match. Thought it was a ME in which we started at opposite sides of the map: dead Russian squads litter the streets.....
Curious if the CMAK one will be balanced; with all the strange units on both sides. Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: stoffel on 13 August 2010, 20:47:19 You will be surprised Bert :)
Testing was fun! Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: Bert Blitzkrieg on 23 August 2010, 13:35:18 Yes, like the CMAK one. Lik ethe CMBB one much less: very difficult to get anywhere in that one. The CMAK one gives you a lot op options for surpises, tactics etc.

The CMAK one gives you a lot op options for surpises, tactics etc. that is intentional, you are in the middle of the battle, not at the start of it....options are indeed few...attack is almost the only option you have... Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: von Reichmann on 25 August 2010, 08:37:37 What I will say without providing any spoiling information is that I'm glad I'm playing as the Axis in both battles. The Kharkov battle is brutal!

He had problems with his account, should be fixed now, please let me know! So far, the allies (me) have been on the long end, but it seems that Germans keep popping up no matter what I do or where I attack.
Very fun, yet highly uncomfortable scenario. Keeps the butt cheeks well clenched. Cheers! Title: Re: Round 4 Streetfighting 2 Post by: von Reichmann on 10 November 2010, 03:32:41 Destructive, yes. Especially when one plane was able to cause literally a third of all my casualties with just one bombing run!!! >:(
